职位描述
1、聚焦动力系统核心痛点，探索生成式 AI、大模型微调、数字孪生、强化学习等前沿技术的创新应用； 2、探索新一代 AI Agent 在研发流程、知识管理、跨团队协同中的规模化应用；构建可复用的Skills/Agent 工作流，实现重复型工作 AI 化、自动化、平台化； 3、负责AI前沿技术应用探索。
职位要求
1、电池、电驱、热管理、充电等动力系统相关、AI技术相关研究领域； 2、精通 PyTorch/TensorFlow 等框架，具备 LLM 全流程开发经验； 3、熟悉或研究过 Claude（长文本 / 强推理）、Claude Code（Agent 编程）、OpenClaw（开源数字员工框架）等新范式工具，有工作流自动化、企业级 Agent 落地经验者优先（新增）； 4、优秀的逻辑分析、解决问题能力，杰出的持续学习和突破创新能力。
