1、调研国内外电磁超材料在EMC领域的前沿进展，明确技术差距与突破方向； 2、开展超材料单元结构的电磁特性分析与参数化设计，完成仿真优化（CST/HFSS）； 3、针对公司手机产品典型EMC痛点（如摄像头干扰、射频自干扰、芯片辐射等），设计定制化超材料屏蔽/吸波方案； 4、制备超材料样品并搭建测试平台，完成屏蔽效能（SE）和吸波性能（RL）表征验证； 5、与产品EMC团队协同，推动关键技术在终端产品中的工程化应用验证； 6、形成核心专利布局（目标≥3件发明专利）和高水平论文产出。
职位要求
1、电磁场与微波技术、电子科学与技术、材料科学等相关专业博士； 2、具备扎实的电磁场理论基础，熟悉超材料/超表面结构设计原理； 3、熟练掌握电磁仿真工具（CST/HFSS/COMSOL等），具备复杂电磁结构建模与优化能力； 4、有EMC/EMI相关研究经验者优先； 5、在IEEE TAP/TMTT/APL等期刊或国际会议发表过论文者优先； 6、具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力，有较强的自驱力和科研热情。

【课题名称】 新型电磁超材料在终端产品应用 提升EMC性能及关键技术研究:随着5G-A/6G多频段射频系统、AI算力芯片集成度持续提升，终端设备电磁干扰问题日益严峻，传统屏蔽/吸波方案面临轻薄化、宽频带、多频段协同等瓶颈。 【课题内容】 本课题聚焦新型电磁超材料（Metamaterial）在终端设备电磁屏蔽与吸波领域的创新应用，研究内容包括： 1、超材料电磁调控机理研究： 基于等效媒质理论和电磁带隙结构，探索亚波长尺度下电磁波吸收/屏蔽的新型调控机制。 2、宽频/多频段超材料吸波结构设计： 面向手机产品Sub-6G、互连通信等多频段共存场景，设计兼顾轻薄与宽带高效吸收的超材料结构。 3、终端级EMC仿真与验证体系构建： 建立超材料结构与终端产品系统级EMC性能的关联模型，形成设计-仿真-验证闭环。 4、量产化落地路径探索： 研究超材料结构在手机等终端产品中的工艺兼容性、可制造性及可靠性。
