职位描述
1、围绕蜂窝 / UWB/WiFi/BT/ 毫米波 / 终端天线等通信感知技术以及多模态感知融合技术，开展行业前沿技术跟踪、需求拆解与技术瓶颈定位，输出可落地的技术预研方案与路线规划； 2、负责端侧轻量化 AI 感知算法研发，构建多模态信号融合感知框架，重点突破复杂场景下高精准、高响应、低功耗的模型设计，解决多模态信号特征提取、噪声抑制等核心技术难题； 3、建立算法 - 硬件协同优化机制，适配移动端芯片平台的算力、存储、功耗约束，完成算法模型的端侧移植、性能优化与部署验证； 4、推动算法从实验室原型到量产落地的全流程工程化，完成核心技术资产沉淀，输出标准化算法模型、专用数据集、研发工具链、技术文档与专利提案，开展内部技术推广与培训赋能。
职位要求
1、信号处理、雷达感知、端侧AI算法等相关领域博士； 2、具备UWB信号处理与感知算法、毫米波雷达信号处理、天线射频信号分析研究背景；具备深度学习/机器学习在信号感知领域的应用经验，熟悉端侧轻量化模型部署； 3、具备扎实的电磁场与天线理论基础，有利用射频信号创新性解决实际感知问题经验者优先； 4、有消费级移动终端、车载、AIoT 领域感知算法量产落地经验，有从实验室原型到产品化全流程项目经验者优先； 5、具备精准的提炼、统筹和系统整合能力，愿意将通信感知与端侧AI技术研究视为长期追求。

【课题名称】 移动终端多模态通感融合算法研究与端侧 AI 部署 【课题内容】 以手机为载体，锚定通感一体以及多模态传感器获取物理世界信息的产业趋势，打通移动终端“感知 - AI - 场景 ” 全链路技术，构建自主可控的多模态感知融合算法体系。核心研究方向包括但不限于： 1、基于蜂窝 / UWB/WiFi/BT/ 毫米波 / 终端天线等通信技术，开展通信感知技术攻关；并把通信感知技术结合终端多模态比如音/视/环境等传感器感知数据，突破人体存在检测、生命体征微动监测、手势交互识别、空间环境感知等核心场景的技术瓶颈，实现感知能力的融合； 2、面向移动终端算力、功耗约束，构建端侧轻量化 AI 架构，融合多维动态信号特征，研发高精准、高响应、低功耗的智能感知模型，推动移动端多模态感知技术核心突破； 3、通过试点项目全流程运作，打通感知算法从实验室预研到量产落地的工程化路径，沉淀可复用的标准化技术资产。
