职位描述
1、主导手机天线AI自动化设计平台（天线虾）的核心算法研发，覆盖方案生成、仿真预测、结构优化全链路； 2、利用GAN、Diffusion Model、强化学习等生成式AI方法，开发天线结构自动生成与优化模型； 3、构建大规模天线仿真数据集，训练天线性能预测代理模型（Surrogate Model），替代传统耗时仿真； 4、研究多约束条件下（整机空间、SAR、频段需求等）的天线逆向设计算法，自动输出可制造的电路图与结构方案； 5、与天线工程师、结构工程师紧密协作，将AI设计结果闭环验证，持续迭代优化模型精度与工程落地能力； 6、跟踪AI+电磁设计领域国际前沿，输出高水平论文及发明专利，支撑技术壁垒构建。
职位要求
1、天线/AI领域相关博士毕业生； 2、精通微波天线理论、仿真和实践； 3、具备优秀的编程能力，熟练使用Python等语言，熟悉生成式模型、强化学习等AI相关理论； 4、有AI与天线/算法相结合的研究开发经验，并在TOP期刊发表过相关论文； 5、极强的工程落地意识，能将算法研究转化为可运行的系统与工具，有Agent/自动化系统开发经验者优先； 6、具备优秀的问题分析与解决能力，具备自驱力及优异的创造力。

AI驱动手机天线智能设计与自动化生成关键技术研究:1、研究基于深度学习/生成式AI的手机天线结构智能设计方法，构建从需求规格到天线方案的自动化生成能力； 2、研究AI辅助电磁仿真加速技术，以神经网络替代/加速传统全波仿真（HFSS/CST），大幅压缩仿真周期； 3、研究天线逆向设计方法，给定目标性能指标（频段、效率、带宽等），自动反推最优天线结构与电路拓扑； 4、构建手机天线设计知识库与AI Agent系统（天线虾），实现天线方案设计、参数优化、结构输出的全流程自动化。
