职位描述
1、负责空间音频拾取、分离、感知、编解码的系统方案； 2、设计、开发融合音频、视频的物理世界感知的系统方案及神经网络模型； 3、设计、开发与声场物理参数相关联的神经网络，实现声场的仿真与反演； 4、推进技术方案在终端产品上的技术验证，支撑各业务场景的实际需求； 5、实现AI模型在终端产品硬件设备（如扬声器、麦克风）中的落地应用。
职位要求
1、博士毕业生； 2、声学、物理、计算机科学、电子工程相关领域； 3、精通声学基础理论，有计算声学、AI声学感知、音视频融合感知研究经验者优先； 4、熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow等框架，具备物理约束神经网络开发经验； 5、熟悉数字音频接口和芯片协议（如I2S、TDM、I2C、SPI等），了解音频系统的硬件工作流程，具有嵌入式编程经验，熟练使用C/C++、Python、Matlab等语言，精通AI编程工具优先； 6、掌握语音和音频数据分析，熟悉常见的音频特征提取与处理方法； 7、发表过声学感知理解领域顶会或论文； 8、熟悉声学测量系统或声学材料特性分析； 9、熟悉扬声器物理模型和控制理论。
