职位描述
1、结合物理机理与AI算法，落地复杂硬件系统智能化、自动化设计，覆盖PCB、结构装配、光学模组、热管理、音频系统核心场景； 2、研究求解算法、多目标优化算法、科学计算小样本建模方法，完成算法与产品设计流程的集成落地； 3、针对超大维度复杂系统，搭建标准化自动设计框架，持续迭代AI核心算法，优化设计成果、缩短研发周期； 4、沉淀多物理场融合设计方法论，打通EE、ME跨学科设计壁垒，支撑业务规模化落地。
职位要求
1、博士学历，力学、热流、光学、声学、电子、人工智能、计算科学等相关专业，掌握单一物理场核心理论即可； 2、扎实掌握EE、ME基础工程理论，理解硬件产品设计基本逻辑； 3、精通优化算法、数值求解、AI基础理论，熟悉AI for Science、科学计算、小样本建模技术； 4、具备超大维度复杂系统仿真、自动设计项目实践经验，有算法工程化、设计体系搭建经验优先； 5、具备跨领域理解能力，擅长用AI算法结合物理原理解决工业设计实际问题。
