职位描述
1、自动化仿真体系搭建与工程落地：覆盖力电声光热五大物理场，基于AI for Science搭建一键自动化仿真体系，实现仿真全链路标准化与模块化。负责仿真工具二次开发、流程脚本集成，打通仿真与硬件设计数据链路； 2、多物理场算法研究与效能优化：研究代理模型与多目标优化算法，结合AI小样本科学计算技术，持续提升求解效率与结果稳定性，解决复杂系统仿真迭代慢、人工依赖高、一致性差等工程痛点； 3、仿真驱动设计闭环与智能迭代：搭建仿真数据正向优化闭环，通过参数迭代、方案比对与全局优化，反向迭代PCB、结构、光学、热管理、音频硬件方案，实现产品提质、研发提效、整体降本。
职位要求
1、博士学历，工程力学、流体传热、光学、声学、电子仿真、计算科学等相关专业，熟练掌握单一及多物理场基础理论； 2、熟悉五大领域任意品类仿真原理与工业设计逻辑，了解硬件结构、电路、光声热基础工程知识； 3、具备自动化仿真流程搭建、工具二次开发、仿真流程集成经验； 4、精通数值计算、多变量优化、耦合仿真分析，拥有仿真驱动产品设计优化实战经验； 5、具备复杂系统仿真拆解与工程落地能力，擅长用仿真手段落地设计降本、提质、提效。
