本课题探索将大语言模型（LLM）应用于编译器优化流程，构建"AI+编译器"的自动优化框架。核心研究内容包括： 编译优化决策建模：将编译器中的优化 pass 选择、循环变换、向量化策略等关键决策问题建模为序列生成任务，利用 LLM 的代码理解与推理能力替代传统启发式规则 代码特征表示学习：针对编译中间表示（IR），设计面向 LLM 的程序特征提取与编码方法，使模型能够理解程序的控制流、数据流及性能瓶颈 自动调优与反馈闭环：构建"生成优化方案→编译执行→性能评估→反馈迭代"的自动化闭环，通过强化学习或在线学习持续提升优化决策质量
