职位描述
1、架构方案前瞻探索：围绕后续AI芯片产品，开展面向模型领域的架构方案探索与选型，为产品技术路线图提供决策依据，直接影响芯片竞争力； 2、算法-架构协同优化：针对量化、稀疏、注意力结构等算法演进趋势，建立算法参数与硬件架构的适配映射模型，确保芯片架构能够高效支撑算法快速迭代； 3、存储层级方案设计：结合HBM、3D DRAM、HBF等存储介质特性，探索面向不同推理场景的最优存储架构方案，直接影响推理性能与成本竞争力； 4、设计空间探索与评估：构建系统级架构评估方法，在算法与硬件的联合空间中高效搜索最优方案，降低架构决策风险，缩短研发周期； 5、前沿技术预研储备：持续跟踪AI芯片架构领域前沿方向，沉淀核心技术Know-how与人才储备，为团队长期技术竞争力奠定基础。
职位要求
1、集成电路/微电子/计算机等相关专业博士研究生； 2、熟悉计算机体系结构、处理器架构，理解指令流水线、分支预测、数据预取、Cache一致性、页表转换等原理； 3、扎实的电路设计能力，熟悉低功耗设计、性能和面积优化方法； 4、熟悉AI计算模式（矩阵乘、卷积、Attention等），了解大语言模型/计算机视觉等AI workload特征者优先； 5、有AI加速器/NPU芯片设计经验、大模型部署架构经验或跨领域（芯片+AI框架/编译器）协作经验者优先； 6、在体系结构/AI系统领域顶级会议/期刊（ISCA、MICRO、HPCA、MLSys、ASPLOS等）发表过论文者优先； 7、有钻研精神及合作意识，结果导向，工程师素养佳。
