训练后与对齐：设计并实施最先进的对齐策略，包括监督微调（SFT）、基于人类/AI反馈的强化学习（RLHF/RLAIF）和直接偏好优化（DPO）。
多模态推理：开发用于视觉-语言-动作（VLA）模型的新型架构，重点关注高效的标记化、跨模态对齐以及具身智能体的物理推理。
知识基础与RAG：构建高级检索增强生成（RAG）系统和长上下文记忆结构，将动态知识库与大语言模型推理相结合。
算法评估：构建强大的评估框架和“大语言模型即裁判”框架，以衡量模型在汽车领域的事实性、推理能力和安全防护措施。
研究领导力：确定有影响力的研究问题，执行独立的研究计划，并通过顶级出版物（NeurIPS、ICLR、CVPR）和专利为学界做出贡献。
必备条件：
计算机科学、机器学习、AI或相关定量领域的博士学位。
在基础模型领域有出色的研究成果，专注于基于Transformer的架构及其算法变体。
在训练后方法方面有深厚的专业知识，包括指令微调、偏好建模和奖励函数设计。
开发多模态模型（例如，将视觉/视频编码器与语言解码器对齐）的实践经验。
熟练掌握Python 和深度学习框架，如PyTorch、JAX或Flax。
具备编写简洁、可复用的研究代码，并在大规模数据集上执行复杂实验的能力。
优先资格：
顶级会议的第一作者出版物（例如，NeurIPS、ICML、ICLR、CVPR、ACL）。
有智能体工作流、工具使用模拟或多轮交互式环境测试的经验。
熟悉参数高效微调（PEFT）技术（例如，LoRA、QLoRA、适配器）和模型蒸馏。
