【工作內容】
我們正在尋找對 Agentic AI / AI Agent Systems 具備高度興趣與實務經驗的人才，負責打造可在企業場景中實際運作的 AI Agent / Multi-Agent 系統。
此角色將以 LLM 為核心，結合 MCP (Model Context Protocol) 與各類工具，讓 AI 具備 Planning、Reasoning、Tool Calling、Memory等能力，能自主完成複雜任務。
工作內容
• 設計與開發基於 LLM 的 Agentic AI / AI Agent 系統，涵蓋 Task Decomposition、Multi-step Reasoning、Multi-Agent Collaboration
• 基於 MCP (Model Context Protocol) 實作 Agent 與工具、資料來源、內外部系統的標準化互動介面
• 整合 RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)、Database、API，設計 Tool Calling Flow 與 Context 組裝策略
• 建立 Agent 的 State Management、Memory、Error Handling 與推理流程紀錄機制，持續優化系統穩定度
• 分析並優化 Latency、Token Usage、Inference Cost，確保系統具備可擴展性與成本可控性
