职位描述
参与企业内部业务数据、文档数据及其他相关数据的采集、整理、清洗和加工。 参与数据处理流程和数据任务的开发、维护与优化，保障数据的及时性、完整性和准确性。 协助建设面向数字化应用的数据资源、知识资源和数据服务能力。 参与业务数据需求分析，协助完成数据模型、数据指标及数据口径的梳理。 参与智能应用相关的数据准备、测试验证、效果分析和持续优化。 协助开展数据质量管理、数据权限管理、敏感数据保护及相关规范建设。 参与数据问题的排查和处理，推动数据链路和应用效果持续改进。 与产品、研发、算法及业务团队协作，推动数据能力在实际业务场景中的落地。 完成相关技术文档、操作手册和项目资料的整理与沉淀。
职位要求
计算机科学、软件工程、数据科学、人工智能、信息管理、数学、统计学等相关专业，研究生及以上学历。 具备良好的编程基础，掌握至少一种常用编程语言，能够完成基础的数据处理和程序开发工作。 熟悉 SQL，了解数据库及常见的数据查询、处理和分析方法。 了解数据采集、数据清洗、数据建模、数据接口或数据服务等基础知识。 对人工智能、AI Agent、大模型应用或企业数字化方向有兴趣，愿意持续学习并参与实际业务场景建设。 具备良好的逻辑思维和问题分析能力，能够将业务问题拆解为具体的数据问题和实施任务。 具备良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力，能够与业务、产品、研发及算法团队协同工作。 工作认真负责，对数据质量、业务结果和用户体验有较强的责任意识。
