신약 Discovery센터 대사신약팀은 대사질환과 간질환 치료제 연구개발을 담당하고 있으며, 의약화학/활성/약효 담당으로 구성되어있습니다. 주요 성과로는 국내 최초 SGLT2 억제제 엔블로정 (Enavogliflozin)의 국내 발매하였고, 현재는 대사질환(당뇨, 비만) 치료제 개발/연구를 진행 중입니다.
대사신약팀에서는 차세대 대사질환 치료제 개발을 주도할 약리활성 연구원을 모집합니다.
신규 대사질환 치료제 개발을 위한 신규타겟 발굴 및 연구를 진행하du, hit-to-lead 최적화단계까지 biology/pharmacology 연구 전략을 수립하고 프로젝트를 리딩하는 역할을 담당합니다. 이를 통해 임상 후보물질을 발굴하고, 글로벌 진출하기 위한 자료를 확보하는 업무까지 수행합니다.
