About the Role

通过优质的客服工作,为公司和客户之间建立有效的沟通渠道,了解客户的需求和期望,以便于不断改进服务质量和流程,以实现可持续发展。

Roles and Responsibilities:

1、准确回答关于高端医疗保险计划、保全、理赔等保单相关问题,并按照公司的规范给到客户最优的解决方案, 提高每通电话的解决率;

2、熟练掌握康养和其它健管服务相关的业务知识;

3、根据客户的服务需求协助客户启动医疗服务申请并提供优质的医疗资源;

4、协助公司合作医院来电查询客户的福利并做出准确回答;

5、与内外部团队做有效沟通,高效解决客户问题;

6、与营销员团队等其它服务团队紧密合作,提供并改善给客户的服务;

7、能够发现流程和系统中需要改进的地方并且向主管提出反馈;

8、积极主动给团队的所有成员提供支持,实现团队协作流畅,确保服务时效达成;

9、定期交流和提升通话质量,提高服务专业性和服务意识,必要时积极上报特殊案例;

10、能够接受7*24排班制度并服从排班安排;

11、根据公司和部门业务的发展,积极配合新政策的执行,并完成部门领导给到的其他工作。

Minimum Job Requirements:

1、大学专科以上学历;

2、2-3年医疗相关经验,理赔经验或专业客服经验;

3、英语和普通话听说读写流利;

4、有保险经验、英文流利、护理背景者优先;

5、较强的人际沟通技巧,口齿清晰,书面语言文字流利,能较好得和内外部人员沟通;

6、精通电脑,熟练使用办公软件,如word, Excel, MS Outlook. 会PowerPoint 优先。
