职位描述
-互动内容运营；负责弹幕、评论等互动功能的内容运营，维护良好的用户沟通氛围，提升用户参与感与活跃度； -IP场景活动策划；配合IP内容，在播放场景中发起互动活动，挖掘用户兴趣点，提升互动转化与粘性； -用户反馈与产品优化；收集并整理用户使用反馈，协助分析互动相关功能的问题与机会点，推动产品功能优化与体验升级； -AI提效探索与实践；在素材运营、数据处理、运营分析等工作中，优先运用AI工具（如大模型、Agents、自动化Workflow等）提升效率，并探索可复用的提效方案，推动运营工作智能化。
职位要求
-一周到岗4天以上，连续实习三个月以上； -熟悉/热爱爱奇艺在播的影视综内容，对内容敏感，有互联网sense； -逻辑清晰，执行力强，具备良好的沟通协作能力与抗压能力； -对AI产品及效率工具有较强兴趣，具备AI提效工具使用经验者优先（如利用大模型、Agents或自动化流程完成数据处理、内容运营、分析提效等实践）； -2027届及以后在校生优先，计算机、传播学、设计等相关专业优先。
