职位描述
1.负责智驾域控制器的硬件架构设计，包括 SoC、MCU、存储、电源、SerDes、以太网与 CAN 等关键器件的选型，以及算力、带宽、功耗和成本的预算分配 2.针对不同车规 SoC 平台（NVIDIA Orin/Thor、Qualcomm Snapdragon Ride、国产车规 SoC 等）做硬件平台抽象与方案收敛，形成可复用的参考设计 3.主导功能安全与冗余设计，包括双电源、双通信链路、监控与降级策略，满足 ISO 26262 ASIL B/D 目标 4.与芯片原厂、Tier1 和 OEM 对齐技术方案，参与客户技术评审与定点支持 5.支撑 DV/PV 验证、EMC、热设计与量产导入，牵头解决架构级问题
职位要求
1.本科及以上，电子、通信、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业，5 年以上汽车电子硬件设计经验，其中至少 2 年域控或高算力平台架构经验 2.独立主导过至少一个智驾域控或高算力计算平台的硬件架构设计，并完成量产交付 3.熟悉车规 SoC 的硬件设计约束：多路摄像头 SerDes 输入、大带宽内存、多电源域、高速 PCB 与散热 4.具备功能安全设计经验，熟悉 ISO 26262 硬件安全机制、FMEDA、安全分析和冗余架构 5.熟悉整车 E/E 架构、车载以太网与 CAN FD 通信，理解域控在整车中的角色边界 6.具备跨团队推动能力，能同时对接系统、软件、测试、供应链和客户
