1.现场工艺支持： 负责总装生产线日常工艺纪律巡查，确保操作员按SOP（标准作业程序）作业。 及时处理总装过程中的工艺异常，提供技术指导，减少停线时间。 2.工艺文件编制： 编制、修订总装工序的SOP、PFMEA（过程失效模式与后果分析）及控制计划。 设计总装工位的作业组合票、标准作业票等精益生产文件。 3.新产品导入支持： 参与新产品试制，负责总装段的工艺规划、工时测定及产线平衡。 评估新产品的可装配性，提出设计改进建议（DFM/A）。 4.工艺优化与改善： 识别总装过程中的瓶颈工位，主导或参与精益改善项目（如线平衡、防错装置应用）。 优化工具、工装及辅材的使用，降低装配难度和劳动强度。 5.工装与设备管理： 负责总装工装夹具、专用工具的验收、维护及日常管理。 6.质量协同： 配合质量部门分析总装相关的质量缺陷，制定纠正与预防措施。
