职位描述
1、全生命周期质量管理：主导可穿戴产品（手表/手环/耳机）软件全生命周期质量管理工作，覆盖需求-架构-详设-开发-售后-维护全链路，确保产品高质量交付； 2、IPD流程与节点评审：基于IPD流程，主导软件质量策划、组织STR1-STR6节点评审、试产/量产阶段质量复盘（EWP），推动质量问题闭环与经验沉淀； 3、质量专项改善：主导软件质量专项（如蓝牙/Wi-Fi连接稳定性、低功耗达标率、健康监测算法准确性、OTA升级成功率、NPS/UFI提升），通过数据分析拆解根因、制定专项目标并推动达成； 4、体系与标准建设：持续完善可穿戴软件质量标准与流程体系，建立ODM模式下的软件质量验收标准与协同机制； 5、产品线质量规划：制定产品线年度质量提升计划与实施策略，统筹各项目质量目标、度量指标（FFR、NPS、UFI）达成。
职位要求
1、学历与经验：本科及以上，计算机/软件工程/电子信息/通信等相关专业，8年以上软件开发/测试/管理经验，有智能手表/手环/TWS耳机等嵌入式软件测试或开发经验优先； 2、流程与体系：熟悉IPD集成产品开发流程，具备完整的STR节点评审、EWP复盘、质量体系建设与落地经验； 可穿戴业务理解：熟悉一项或多项可穿戴核心模块特性——运动/健康监测算法、BLE/Wi-Fi通信稳定性、互联互通、低功耗管理、传感器数据准确性； 数据分析与推动力：具备扎实的数据分析能力，主导过可量化的过程质量改进专项，有较强的跨部门统筹与推动能力； 工具与方法：熟练运用8D、5Why、FMEA等质量工具，能独立完成质量方案制定与实施。
