职位描述
1、承接游戏内外文本的翻译工作，确保内容的准确性、地道性及趣味性； 2、参与LQA跑测，确保本地化最终呈现质量，并针对问题提供有效的翻译调优方案； 3、参与英文音频的验收工作，检查音频交付质量； 4、关注各地玩家的反馈，结合反馈内容调整本地化方向，持续优化本地化呈现效果、维护良好的玩家社区口碑； 5、回复本地化相关客诉，协助完成团队内其他本地化相关工作。
职位要求
1、具备良好的英文理解与表达能力，英语语言文学、翻译专业，或具备海外留学经验者优先； 2、了解欧美地区文化、表达习惯及用户语境者优先； 3、热爱游戏，熟悉女性向或内容向游戏，有英语本地化翻译、游戏本地化实习或相关项目经验者优先； 4、熟练使用基础办公软件及CAT/QA工具，如Excel、Xbench等，具备自主信息检索能力； 5、具备良好的沟通能力、归纳总结能力和时间管理意识，能够进行团队协作、及时支持业务需求。
