职位描述
工作范围 样件计划管理，样件采购、到件跟踪，出入库系统操作，系统收货对账等。 主要工作职责 1. 样件交付跟踪：根据样件需求，及时进行物料交期跟踪并按要求将对应跟踪信息以及状态更新到需求表或系统中，识别交期风险以及出现的物料状态或其他待澄清项，拉动相关方（供应商、用戶、DRE、采购、样件负责人）解决达成一致，保障交付按期完成。 2. 对接外部供应商，每日跟进原材料或外协样件的到货情况，处理交期、质量等突发问题。 3. 在跟踪表格及对应系统中准确记录样件计划、交付数据、变更记录等信息，形成可追溯台账。 4. 及时发现可能影响样件进度的风险，主动上报并推动解决方案落实，动态调整跟踪进度。 5. 负责原材料、半成品、样件成品的入库验收与系统录入工作，核对物资名称、规格、数量及质量，处理并解决到货问题。 6. 按照内部用戶需求，及时按照发货要求进行系统出入库单据操作，信息同步内部用戶。 7. 负责管理已完成交付订单的系统入库（GR）流程。具体包括：对已获双签的订单，需按规范制备齐全的入库单据及批次信息，并及时完成系统GR操作与需求表同步更新；对尚未完成双签的订单，应主动催办供应商，并在推动无效时立即升级至样件负责人协调处理，以确保流程顺畅。 次要工作职责 1. 较强的沟通能力。 2. 擅长使用飞书、Excel、ERP或项目管理工具进行计划跟踪与记录。

基本要求 与人良好的沟通能力和抗压能力。 精通办公软件Excel，ERP等。 学历本科；能力优秀的大专生。
