职位描述(岗位职责): 1.核心调度优化:负责数字座舱底层系统性能优化，重点优化Linux/Android内核的CPU调度策略，优化CPU负载均衡，提升系统流畅度、响应速度及能效比。 2.全栈性能分析:负责数字座舱性能问题分析，涉及Android全栈、Linux内核以及QNX系统多领域;能够针对系统中出现的复杂性能问题(如卡顿、掉帧等)给出专业的分析，制定解决方案并实施落地。 3.底层技术攻坚:深入Linux内核进行源码级分析，针对CPU频率调节、任务调度、负载均衡等模块进行定制化开发和参数调优。 4.工具链建设:熟练使用各类性能分析工具(如Perf、Systrace、Perfetto、eBPF等)进行深度 Trace 分析，并协助团队完善性能监控与自动化测试体系。
职位要求
职位要求（任职资格）： 1.语言与基础：掌握 C/C++/Java语言等，熟悉面向对象设计方法和常用设计模式，具备扎实的代码基本功；具备优秀的底层数据结构与算法能力。 2.内核与框架：熟悉 Android 框架及 Android/Linux 内核机制（如进程管理、内存管理、中断处理等），具有丰富的 Linux 内核开发或深度定制经验。 3.调度与性能：精通 Linux 内核 CPU 调度策略（如 CFS、EAS、RT 调度器等），对 CPU 调频调压（CPUFreq/CPUFreq Gov）、任务迁移、大小核调度有深入理解和实际调优经验。熟悉常用的性能分析工具（如 Perf、Systrace、Perfetto、eBPF 等）及方法论。 4.加分项（优先考虑）： 有 QNX + Android 架构下（如虚拟化 Hypervisor）性能优化经验者优先。 有车机（智能座舱）或 手机（移动端）底层系统性能优化经验者优先。 有开源社区（Linux Kernel, AOSP）贡献经验者优先。 5.综合素质：逻辑清晰，具备较强的系统性分析、解决问题能力；对底层技术有极大的热情，具备良好的跨团队沟通与协作能力。
