职位描述
1、项目进度统筹推进：协助统筹手机新品全球发布项目，制定并跟进项目排期，协调市场内部各职能团队，推动跨部门协作，确保项目关键节点按计划达成。 2、协同传播规划策略制定：协助制定全球传播规划，基于竞品动态及人群洞察，参与营销策略、传播重点信息及传播节奏的规划，确保全球传播方向统一。 3、重点活动内容策划：参与大促等重点营销节点的活动策划，协助输出活动创意、传播玩法及营销内容，推动活动顺利落地。 4、发言人能力培养：持续提升表达与编写故事线能力，有意愿参与产品宣发的出镜活动。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，2027 届应届生，市场营销、新闻传播、国际商务、外语、广告等相关专业优先； 2、英语听说读写流利，具备良好的英文表达及演讲能力，能够胜任产品宣讲、对外分享等场景。 3、有市场策划、项目管理相关实习经历，参与过完整项目者优先；具备良好的内容输出、数据分析及项目统筹能力； 4、目标感强，具备多线程任务处理能力；具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够适应战斗队快节奏的工作模式。 5、热爱分享，敢于公开表达，具备较强的学习能力和舞台表现力，有意愿为产品宣发出镜。 6、熟悉海外主流社交平台（TikTok、X 等），关注智能手机行业及海外数码市场者优先。
