职位描述
1.参与汽车座舱/智驾域控制器相关产品的需求分析，确保硬件设计的可实施性和可靠性； 2.根据产品需求完成器件选型，包括但不限于SOC/MCU/车载以太网/Serdes/CAN/LIN/USB/各类电源芯片/Audio/功率器件/逻辑器件等； 3.根据产品需求完成硬件系统方案设计，硬件原理与图纸设计，跟进PCB layout、PCB仿真等工作； 4.负责硬件产品生命周期内各阶段的测试验证与性能调优工作，解决DV等阶段出现的硬件问题； 5.支撑开发阶段的软硬件联调，产线测试方案的可行性评估，量产项目售后问题分析等工作。
职位要求
1.教育背景：本科及以上学历，电子信息工程、微电子、电力电子、通信信息、自动化等相关专业； 2.熟悉数字电路、模拟电路、电源电路、通信协议等基础知识，对EMC、信号完整性、电源完整性有一定的了解； 3.熟练使用示波器、万用表、信号发生器、VNA等测试设备； 4.熟练掌握Cadence、Altium Designer等EDA工具，具备独立完成原理图的单板设计能力； 5.熟悉常用通信总线协议，了解高速信号的相关设计约束； 6.具备良好的沟通协调能力，动手能力与执行力；具备较强的学习能力，分析和解决问题的能力；逻辑清楚，工作严谨细致，责任心强。
