1、在新车型开发的各阶段，参与动态性能（操稳、平顺性、转向、制动、驾驶性、NVH）的VTS评价验收工作，确认产品开发达成工程目标； 2、基于主观评价，分别从客户体验和专业的角度提出车型存在的问题，并初步提出解决方向； 3、负责主观评价流程、体系的建立与维护，确保评价工作的科学性、规范性和一致性； 4、负责主观评价团队的建立及驾驶技能培训，提高团队整体的评价能力； 5、定义底盘系统功能要求和性能目标，审核底盘软件架构设计和按时交付，审核驾驶模式及驾驶风格目标设定、性能标定及软件测试结果等。
1、车辆工程、机械、力学等相关专业本科以上学历，具备很好的整车动力学基础知识； 2、1年以上整车车辆动力学性能 /操控性/转向性/底盘调教开发经验； 3、具备较强的沟通能力，质量意识，风险管控能力及独立的问题分析能力； 4、抗压能力强，适应经常出差； 5、具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先。
