职位描述
1、跟踪重卡行业整体销量、库存、上牌量等核心数据，分析市场走势与周期性波动，定期输出市场月报/季报； 2、研究宏观经济指标（GDP、固定资产投资、物流货运量、基建投资等）与政策法规（治超、排放升级、新能源补贴等）对重卡需求的影响； 3、开展细分市场研究，包括物流牵引、工程自卸、专用车（搅拌/冷藏/危化）、新能源重卡等细分领域的需求规模与趋势分析； 4、跟踪主要竞品的产品动态、价格策略、渠道政策与市场表现，输出竞品分析报告； 5、建立销量预测模型，结合历史数据、市场指标与政策因素，开展月度/季度/年度销量预测，支撑生产计划与库存管理； 6、组织开展经销商调研、客户访谈、终端市场走访，收集一线市场信息与客户需求； 7、参与新产品立项的市场可行性分析，提供目标市场规模、竞争格局、客户需求等研究输入。
职位要求
1、学历要求：全日制本科，统计学、经济学、市场营销、工商管理、车辆工程、数据科学等相关专业 2、能力要求：熟练使用WORD、OFFICE、PPT等办公软件；对数据敏感，具备较强的数据分析与逻辑推理能力； 3、对宏观经济、产业政策有兴趣，具备一定的行业研究思维； 文字表达能力良好，能独立撰写结构清晰、观点明确的分析报告；具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神，能接受偶尔的市场出差调研；对商用车/重卡行业有基本认知或有浓厚兴趣，有行业研究、市场调研相关实习经历者优先。
