职位描述
1) 有效协助线下培训项目、产品及活动运营实施，并有一定的独立策划能力； 2) 有效协助线上学习平台的日常运维和管理工作； 3) 准确整理、分析、汇报线上及线下的培训数据； 4) 按部门计划要求定期拟定好项目推文并按时推送； 5) 整理、美化部门PPT课件、设计资料等；
职位要求
1) 本科大三在校生（研究生在读&文科专业优先）； 2) 每周确保来公司4天，实习期6个月及以上； 3) 因个别项目实施特殊要求，可以接受周末上班； 4) 热爱培训工作，乐于分享，具有丰富的学校社团及学生会组织活动经验者优先； 5) 有设计经验，会使用图片/视频编辑软件，如AI、PR等； 6) 有运营公众号、独立文案编辑（文字功底扎实）及独立拍摄经验者优先，逻辑思维能力强，有好奇心，热爱学习，喜欢研究和探索，有优秀的信息搜集能力细心且有责任心，对繁琐工作持有耐心态度； 7) 熟练使用Excel、PPT； 8) 执行力强，抗压强，能够接受偶尔加班、短期出差；
