职位描述
1.协助企业文化内宣工作，包括但不限于撰写文化新闻稿、员工故事、活动宣传文案等； 2.参与策划和执行企业文化活动，并跟进宣传物料设计及落地； 3.参与文化订阅号的内容运营，包括选题策划、图文排版、数据分析等； 4.收集行业内外优秀企业文化案例，协助团队进行创新性文化传播形式探索； 5.完成交办的其他企业文化相关工作。
职位要求
一、学历专业： 本科及以上在校生，新闻传播、中文、历史学、广告学、市场营销、设计等相关专业优先； 二、技能要求： 1.具备优秀的文字功底和创意策划能力，能独立撰写各类文案； 2.熟悉新媒体平台（微信公众号、抖音、小红书等）运营规则； 3.熟练使用Office办公软件，会PS、AI、视频剪辑（如PR、剪映）等工具者优先； 三、综合能力： 1.对企业文化、品牌传播有浓厚兴趣，具备较强的学习能力和执行力； 2.性格开朗，沟通能力佳，有团队合作精神； 3.能适应快节奏工作，具备多任务处理能力。 四、加分项： 有校园社团、学生会宣传经验，或具备相关实习经历者优先。
