职位描述
岗位职责： 1. 结合舒适体验的用户场景和需求，分析、提炼产品机会，制定有竞争力的产品目标和场景体验设计，定义关键场景和功能，输出产品需求定义文档PRD。 2. 依据产品型谱和车型定位，制定舒适体验各模块的平台化、通用化产品规划，平衡产品竞争力，实现规模效应。 3. 参与项目整体开发/产品体验验收过程，负责需求跟踪、需求变更管理、体验问题管理，推进产品需求按照预期规划落地。 4. 实时了解市场及关键竞争对手情况，根据市场变动校核产品竞争力并更新产品规划。 5. 负责对舒适性产品进行卖点提炼，支撑市场GTM的上市包装工作。 6. 负责用户产品舒适体验VOC的评估、分析和响应，推动产品功能或体验迭代，改善用户产品体验。
职位要求
任职要求： 1. 学历：统招本科及以上学历； 2. 专业：车辆工程、机械工程、电子电器、计算机等相关专业； 3. 具备1年以上产品定义经验，参与过完整的整车开发工作经验。 4. 懂用户：对市场用户需求有同理心与洞察力， 识别高价值需求；懂市场：熟悉舒适相关产品行业趋势及发展方向；懂技术：了解整车技术，将用户需求转化为技术需求； 6. 了解常用产品体验工具，善于洞察未满足需求，对负责的产品有强拥有感。 5. 具备优秀的沟通、合作能力。
