职位描述
岗位职责 1、负责机器人多目相机、相机 - IMU 联合标定方案开发、调优与自动化标定工具搭建，解决内外参、时间同步、标定稳定性、精度评估问题，服务真机数采； 2、参与多视图几何重建算法开发与验证，包括 SfM、MVS、BA 光束平差、特征匹配、位姿优化、稠密点云重建，输出高质量场景几何真值； 3、参与重建评测体系建设，对标定误差、重建漂移、遮挡、动态物体等问题做归因分析，持续提升 3D 数据质量，反哺具身模型训练； 4、跟进 NeRF/3DGS 等神经重建前沿，按需做方案复现、对比实验，对接数据采集、标注、算法团队，打通几何真值到模型训练链路； 5、输出实验报告、技术文档，沉淀标定 & 重建工具链，支撑大规模机器人场景数据生产。
职位要求
岗位要求 1、计算机、自动化、机器人、测绘、应用数学等相关专业在读硕士；扎实的多视图几何、针孔相机模型、对极几何、BA 基础； 2、熟悉 OpenCV 标定、ceres/g2o 优化库，了解 SfM/MVS 开源管线（COLMAP 优先）；熟悉 C++/Python； 3、了解点云处理、深度估计、SLAM 基础，有相机标定、多目重建、视觉定位相关项目 / 竞赛经历优先； 4、良好动手能力，能在真机上做采集、调参、问题定位；熟悉 Linux 开发环境。 加分项：了解 3DGS/NeRF、VGGT、多传感器时间同步、机器人数采管线、仿真 - 实机数据对齐
