职位描述
负责电机控制器车载功率模块IGBT/SiC Mos机械开发工作，需要具备深厚的车载功率模块机械开发经验，包括功率模块散热器机械设计和产品量产交付，并熟悉功率模块机械开发及封装的前沿技术开发，优化产品设计成本，持续提升产品机械性能与产品竞争力。 Core Responsibilities主要职责: 1. 负责功率模块机械开发需求及设计分析，完成功率模块封装开发对接与管理，完成功率模块关键机械零件开发 2. 负责功率模块封装开发需求分析与管理，负责功率模块机械零件（散热器，功率端子等）设计发布、机械设计规范和机械性能开发、输出SOR/2D/3D技术文档、管理关键零部件工艺基线、机械产品DFMEA发布等。 3. 负责功率模块机械设计领域的前瞻技术研究，包括新型散热器结构、新型导热材料导入、新型导热设计。负责功率模块机械零件能力建设，包括机械性能/散热优化/可靠性设计。 4. 负责功率模块机械零件产品开发issue及产品验证实验的问题排查解决。 5. 负责功率模块机械零件的设计成本开发，并支持跨部门的产品技术及项目沟通工作。
