职位描述
工作职责： 1.负责车辆运动控制纵向系统的功能设计开发工作，包括驱动/制动/挡位/EPB系统相关功能及融合功能。 2.负责纵向系统的整车/用户需求分析，系统架构设计，功能策略制定，网络诊断定义，FMEA分析，数据验证闭环。 3.负责软件需求评审，测试策略和用例评审， 与软件，标定，测试团队协作确保功能顺利上线。 4.负责制定驱动/制动/EPB系统技术规范，性能验收规范和试验测试规范。 5.负责制动系统开发计划，识别开发风险，端到端闭环系统/功能开发过程中的所有问题及快速解决。 6.利用AI/数据驱动/虚拟仿真技术，实现基于数据驱动的底盘控制策略迭代优化，以及利用AI技术实现系统开发效率提升，如文档自动生成，测试用例自动生成。
职位要求
职位要求： 1.本科及以上学历，至少5年以上底盘纵向系统的开发和量产经验。 2.熟悉车辆驱动/制动/EPB系统工作基本原理和Torque/Regen/Creep/ABS/TCS/VDC/EPB/VLC/AEB等功能策略定义。 3.熟悉系统工程开发流程，能够正向的进行全新功能/需求的系统方案和功能策略设计和失效分析 4.熟悉Aspice软件正向开发流程，了解ISO2626, 具备需求分析到设计到验证的量产产品开发经验 5.具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与外部门和上下游进行高效沟通 6.熟悉Matlab，INCA, CANOE等软件开发数据分析工具 7.具有英语读写能力以及一定的英语沟通能力 8.具备基于场景的VMC多执行器融合功能开发经验，对横纵垂向系统都熟悉的优先。
