主要工作职责 Major responsibilities -负责电机执行器系统需求分析，方案设计，算法设计； -参与相关软件的开发/调试/验证/算法设计； -参与具体功能的测试、标定、优化； -支持相关问题的分析、排查，和解决方案的制订；
职位要求
-本科及以上，电子、控制、自动化、计算机、车辆等相关专业 -汽车或电子相关专业本科及以上学历； -至少3年以上软件开发经验，熟悉常用的软件开发工具和环境，如simulink、C等； -从事过电机执行器控制软件或其它闭环控制类产品的开发优先，对控制理论有一定经验和理解，具备防夹、纹波、闭环控制等算法方面的能力； -具备一定的硬件方面能力，熟悉H桥、电流采样、中断、纹波方面的原理； -较强的问题分析和解决能力； -具备座椅、尾门、车窗等电机控制量产经验和问题解决经验优先； -积极乐观，抗压能力强英文（书面及口语）English(Written & Oral): -良好的技术英语阅读书写技巧，清晰的口头沟通能力。
