职位描述
1.独立负责烟灶或热水器类产品线全生命周期管理，涵盖产品战略规划、立项论证、上市落地及迭代优化；同步对接生态链合作企业，统筹外部资源保障品类业务推进。 2.深度解读公司整体战略与业务发展规划，核心参与所负责品类的战略制定，确保品类发展方向与公司目标高度对齐。 3.基于市场趋势、用户需求及竞品动态的深度分析，搭建端到端需求管理体系（含需求收集、优先级排序、需求文档输出），主导立项评审并推动立项决策落地。 4.协同用户研究团队，挖掘用户使用痛点与体验优化机会点，结合产品定位定义精准的产品解决方案，明确功能、性能及体验标准。 5.联动项目管理、销售与 GTM（上市推广）、研发与工业设计、制造与采购、品质管理及 ODM/OEM 供应商等跨职能团队，全程参与新品开发全流程（从产品概念批准到量产），把控进度与质量，确保量产产品完全符合初始需求定义。 6.配合销售和市场团队，输出产品核心物料（如产品站、卖点手册、培训资料），协同制定上市推广策略，助推产品顺利铺货与市场渗透。 7.监控产品市场表现与用户之声，定期分析销量、利润、用户反馈等数据，提出生命周期管理决策（如迭代、降价、退市），对经营结果全权负责，保障产品商业成功。
职位要求
1.5 年以上自主品牌厨电、智能硬件产品 / 研发 / 企划从业经验，有烟灶或热水器或燃气品类产品和研发经验者优先； 2.对用户研究、需求调研有深入理解和实战经验，能独立输出用户需求分析报告； 3.熟悉厨电行业全链条价值链（市场 - 研发 - 供应链 - 销售）、供应链资源、核心技术及发展趋势，能结合产业实际制定品类规划； 4.优秀的逻辑与批判性思维，善于通过数据分析支撑决策，具备产品需求文档（PRD）、产品卖点手册等核心物料的撰写能力及较好的演讲表达能力； 5.能积极主动开展工作，跨部门沟通协调能力极强，责任心强、执行力强，具备以商业成功为目标的结果导向意识。
