职位描述
1、基于ML旗下产品，作为全球品牌创意统筹，负责完成节点核心物料创意撰写并推进落地，达成品牌宣发物料目标，沉淀亮点案例经验。 2、基于产品了解及用户洞察，负责创意方案及统筹规划，做好项目管理，包括不限于：创意产出及质量专业把控、周期管理、资源协调、结果交付、效果复盘，根据市场反馈，持续提升创意内容和形式。 3、负责对外沟通、决策建议，保证内外协作高效，解决卡点问题。合理安排内外分工及人力，做好关键环节对齐及确认。 4、负责资源管理，维护内、外部合作资源，保证有长期资源能服务所有物料质量及效率。
职位要求
1、5年以上互联网营销创意岗或广告行业资深美指/文案经验，有负责过相关大型品宣经验，游戏经验优先。 2、对创意有热情，有专业执行指导能力（含平面，视频，线下以及其他新型创意形式）。 3、较强的沟通能力、自驱力、抗压能力、项目管理能力，能主动发现并解决问题。 4、了解MOBA核心游戏玩家，对游戏、影视、音乐、动漫等领域有兴趣及深度理解，熟知全球时下流行创意内容及趋势。 5、了解AI趋势及能使用AI进行提效（非直接产出）。
