B. REQUIREMENT PROFILE : 任职条件: 学历，工作经验，能力和技能
1.学历 ：自动化或电子、电气等相关专业本科或以上学历。
2.工作经验：10年以上电气产品的设计开发工作经验（其中至少5年以上的空调企业设计相关工作经验）；熟悉空调产品电气设计过程和控制，对低压电气零部件的性能和特性有较深入的了解。
3.能力和技能：熟悉计算机运用，熟悉AUTOCAD ELECTRICAL软件；熟悉制冷产品（最好是螺杆机组/离心机组）GB/CE电气相关标准；独立承担产品电气设计任务，对团队成员进行技术指导；具有良好的服务及团队合作意识；具备良好的英文读写能力。
4.其他：有良好英语口语交流能力加分；熟悉空调产品UL电气相关标准加分；熟悉工厂/数据中心输配电知识加分。
