职位描述
岗位职责 1、标定与补偿在公司侧落地：负责触觉传感器、声学系统标定方案设计与实现，完成零点、增益、线性度修正、温度补偿、迟滞修正等标定与校准工作；沉淀标定流程、参数管理与标定作业规范，支撑批量标定实施。 2、测试与评测能力建设：用 Python 独立搭建传感器、声学系统自动化测试与数据采集环境，编写测试脚本与上位机工具，实现灵敏度、线性度、重复性、温漂、迟滞、一致性等项目的自动化采集与批量评测；制定测试规范与验收标准。 3、数据分析与问题定位：对测试与产线数据做统计分析（分布、相关性、批次一致性、异常检出），定位性能卡点与失效模式，输出可追溯的数据结论与整改建议，推动供应商与内部问题闭环。 4、软硬件联调与信号链验证：结合原理图与接口协议完成 I2C / SPI / UART / CANFD 等接口联调，排查通信异常、采样波动、数据失真等问题；验证传感器原始数据到系统数据链的完整性与时间同步。 5、文档与规范沉淀：输出标定方案、测试报告、接口协议、失效案例库与设计/可靠性规范，跨部门配合完成量产导入的技术问题解决。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，电子信息、测控、自动化、微电子、声学、机械电子等相关专业，1-3 年传感器、嵌入式或测试系统开发经验。 2、理解触觉传感器（电容式 / 压阻式优先）、声学系统工作原理与信号链，掌握标定与补偿的基本逻辑，能独立完成标定方案设计并落地验证。 3、熟练使用 Python，能独立编写自动化测试脚本、数据采集与分析程序（NumPy / Pandas / Matplotlib 或同类）；具备 C 语言基础，能读懂 MCU 侧采样与通信代码。 4、具备扎实的数据分析能力，掌握基本统计方法，能从批量数据中提出性能卡点与一致性问题，而非只输出原始数据表。 5、能阅读硬件原理图，熟悉 I2C / SPI / UART / ADC 调试；熟练使用示波器、逻辑分析仪、万用表、恒温恒湿箱等测试设备。 6、了解传感器、声学系统可靠性与环境、耐久测试标准，具备批量产品一致性与品质意识。
