职位描述
岗位职责 采测方案设计：面向业务场景需求，制定数据类型、模态、规模与质量标准的采集规范和测试协议，把业务需求转化为可执行的采测方案； 需求翻译与方案落地：将上层场景需求拆解为采集、标注、测试各环节的具体任务定义，明确验收标准与评测指标，保证方案可执行、可验收； 数据平台需求梳理与提出：系统梳理采集、存储、处理、标注、质检、调度等全链路环节对数据平台的功能需求，输出边界清晰、优先级明确、可开发可验收的平台需求文档，驱动平台持续迭代； 跨角色衔接：向上对接业务方需求，向下向采测执行团队交付方案、向基建支持团队提出平台与工具需求，对方案落地效果负责； 闭环优化：建立数据质量评估与测试度量机制，将应用端发现的问题回流至采集与训练环节，推动数据闭环持续改进。
职位要求
任职要求 硕士及以上学历，3 年以上机器人/AI 数据工程、测试开发或平台产品相关经验； 熟悉数据链路（多模态数据采集、标注、质检、评测），了解机器人或具身智能任务场景者优先； 具备较强的需求分析与产品设计能力，能把模糊的业务诉求梳理为结构化、可开发的功能需求，有数据平台 / 工具链需求规划经验者优先； 具备良好的跨团队协作与推动能力，能用文档和流程驱动多方协同； 有脚本能力（Python 等）者优先，能自行验证方案可行性、与平台开发对齐技术细节。
