岗位职责： 1、负责企业内系统的 AI 产品规划，结合业务战略与技术趋势，制定产品路线图与分阶段建设蓝图。 2、识别业务痛点，以 AI Native 方式进行方案设计，主导从需求定义、PRD 输出到效果验证与上线迭代的 0→1 落地闭环。 3、提炼各业务域 AI 应用的通用能力与可复用范式，推动平台化沉淀，避免重复建设。 4、深入理解业务运作逻辑，将 AI 能力嵌入实际流程，确保落地深度而非功能堆叠。
1、本科及以上学历，5 年以上 toB 产品经验，其中至少 2 年 AI 应用产品落地经验；能力突出者可放宽至 3 年以上。 2、有 HR 领域产品建设经验者优先，兼具其他企业系统（如行政、法务、办公协同等）建设经验者更佳。 3、具备产品架构能力，能从系统全局视角做模块规划与能力复用设计。 4、具备较强的产品思维，以用户价值与业务效果为出发点做需求判断与方案取舍。 5、对大模型、RAG、Agent 等主流 AI 技术有清晰的技术边界认知，有 AI 应用完整落地经验，能独立判断技术路线并推动从模型选型到上线迭代的闭环。 6、结果导向，自驱力强：关注上线后的实际使用效果，能持续推动产品向更好方向演进。 7、学习能力强，对 AI 保持持续好奇心与技术敏感度。
