Job Responsibilities

1. Check the daily work of each area and report to the department manager.
2. Review the work plans formulated by the area supervisors.
3. If necessary, make suggestions to the department manager and submit applications regarding personnel and equipment issues.
4. Keep track of guest information and room status, conduct random inspections of guest rooms, check VIP rooms, visit long-stay guests irregularly, and visit sick guests.
5. Inspect the hygiene of all public areas and ensure cleanliness and normal operation.
6. Ensure that all rental rooms are in good condition at all times.
7. Accept additional tasks assigned by the department manager, organize department supervisors to conduct hygiene inspections, and complete inspection records.
8. Supervise the inventory work of the floor and the guest room center; coordinate the laundry room to complete the inventory of linen.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or equivalent educational background.
2. At least 3 years of experience in hotel room management or at least 3 years of experience in hotel room management in a similar star-rated hotel.
3. Familiar with the professional knowledge of this department and proficient in using computers.
