职位描述
1、负责电控类零件开发及项目管理工作，及其周边零件开发之间的横向沟通及相关协同问题解决 2、负责项目问题的追踪和风险管理，领导PDT小组完成零件设计、开发、验证，确保按时按质交付 3、依据产品需求及电子电气架构给出可行的实现方案，和内部团队一起设计内外饰电控方案 4、评审供应商技术方案、变更方案的可行性及风险并给出客观定量评价 5、根据开发V模型从供应商需求管理到系统测试过程进行监控及技术评审，确保研发过程风险可控，交付符合技术方案的产品 6、管理供应商开发技术问题解决满足项目时间节点要求，负责对主机厂测试及售后问题进行分析与定位
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信电子等相关专业 2、5年以上汽车电子产品开发相关工作经验，不少于3年零部件或整车企业项目管理经验 3、熟悉主流的嵌入式操作系统和软件开发流程 4、熟悉主流控制器的设计方案（CAN、LIN、私有协议、架构方案） 5、熟悉功能安全、信息安全方案设计及开发 6、 熟悉车身域、电机、灯类控制相关的产品设计及开发 7、沟通能力强，能持续学习，具有良好的合作意识和创业精神 8、熟悉车身域控制器的功能，具备通信，诊断，网络管理以及功能的测试用例开发和编写经验。
