职位描述
安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估,表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会,提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生,也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1.协助制定硬件测试计划，设计测试用例，搭建测试环境。 2.执行功能、性能、可靠性及兼容性测试（如信号完整性、功耗、高低温环境测试等）。 3.记录测试数据，撰写测试报告，协助定位硬件问题并与研发团队协作推进解决。 4.参与自动化测试脚本开发（如Python/LabVIEW），提升测试效率。 5.探索前沿测试方案，参与新技术预研与测试工具优化。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，电子信息、通信、自动化、计算机等相关专业。 2.对硬件充满好奇，了解电路基础，能看懂原理图或使用万用表、示波器等工具。 3.具备逻辑思维和耐心，注重细节，擅长数据记录与分析。 4.有团队协作精神，主动沟通，能适应快节奏项目需求。 5.加分项：接触过嵌入式开发、硬件项目实践；熟悉Python/C；了解通信协议（如USB/I2C/SPI）。
