安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估，表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会，提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生，也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1、负责公司产品在跨境电商平台的销售、运营、推广等工作，成为国际电商运营专家； 2、以数据为驱动，对平台各项运营指标把控，运营数据分析与诊断，整体平台运营优化提供方案； 3、产品推广，做好站内外引流、优化广告、提高产品销售排名和销量等； 4、分析并监控不同平台的销售情况，敏锐洞察变化并做出有效销售动作调整，达成销售目标。
