安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估,表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会,提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生,也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1. 主导售后服务数据的收集、分析工作，持续追踪并优化关键绩效指标，确保服务质量与产品品质的持续提升 2. 团队内提供全方位的服务相关支持，包括售前、售中、售后各环节。定期参与销售、品质、客服等关联部门的会议，共同分析数据，制定并执行改善计划 3. 针对客户服务过程中出现的问题，联合品质研发等下相关部门，推动问题的有效解决 4. 熟练操作公司相关系统和分析工具，积极解决系统问题排查与优化升级，提升数据处理效率和准确性
