职位描述
安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估，表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会，提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生，也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1. 针对目标市场搜集宏观零售环境信息（商圈分布、消费力、商业地产供应等）及开店合规要求，输出新市场进入可行性研究基础材料； 2. 与各区域开店负责人日常对接，跟踪多市场项目从立项到开业的关键里程碑状态，识别进度偏差并输出预警简报； 3. 协助建立全球道具标准化数据库，按品类整理各区域道具规格、供应商、货期等数据，跟踪大货发货进度； 4. 新店开业后收集并整理各区域开业数据，协助输出单店开业复盘报告及多店横向对比分析； 5. 日常监控已开业门店核心运营指标，汇总异常波动并上报； 6. 项目统筹文档整理、会议纪要及日常事务性支持
