职位描述
装配过程质量管理 - 负责机器人整机及子系统（零件、模组、整机）的装配过程质量管理，涵盖 IQC（来料检验）、PQC（过程检验）、FQC（成品检验）及质量门 GP12。 - 负责装配工位成熟度监察，推动工位标准化建设与持续改善。 - 对关键工序（零件装配、模组合装、整机总装）实施质量控制，确保装配质量稳定受控。 - - 监控量产过程质量，分析生产直通率、不良品率等数据，推动制程改善。 - - 负责来料质量控制（IQC），对关键元器件和供应商进行质量审计与管控。 - - 处理生产异常和客户退返品，主导根本原因分析（如使用8D、5Why等方法），并跟踪纠正预防措施的实施。 不良品与异常处理 - 负责不合格品管理，推进来料不良和制程不良的统计分析，制定改善措施。 - 处理生产异常和客户反馈，主导根本原因分析（8D / 5Why）并跟踪纠正预防措施落地。 - 监控生产直通率（FTT）、不良品率等关键质量指标，推动制程良率持续提升。 质量数据与改善 - 负责质量门数据统计与分析，定期输出装配质量报告。 - 推进来料和制程良率提升专项，识别装配过程中的质量风险并提前预防。 - 参与 PFMEA 和控制计划编制，确保关键工序质量控制措施有效落地。
