职位描述
【岗位职责】 1、负责部门数字信息化规划、方案落地与体系优化，解决业务痛点与数据孤岛问题，适配部门生产模式迭代优化。 2、对接业务端梳理数字化需求，独立输出落地解决方案，全程主导数字化项目落地，推动业务流程标准化、数字化升级。 3、熟练使用各类AI工具赋能日常工作，优化开发、数据、报表工作效率，探索AI在智能排产、库存预警、物流优化等场景的落地应用。 4、统筹数字化专项项目推进，协调内外部资源，把控项目进度质量，沉淀数字化流程规范与资产体系。 【任职要求】 1、本科及以上学历，工业工程、供应链物流、计算机、智能制造等相关专业优先。 2、5年及以上整车主机厂生管物流、供应链数字化工作经验，熟悉车企全业务流程，可独立主导数字化项目。 3、掌握SQL、Python基础编程，可独立完成数据处理、脚本开发与数据分析工作者优先。 4、熟练运用AI工具赋能数字化工作，具备智能化优化思维，能主动落地业务场景升级方案。 5、逻辑思维清晰，擅长跨部门协同与项目推进，能适配快节奏工作模式。
