职位描述
1.负责对接整车研发业务板块的专利相关管理工作，包括但不限于专利提案挖掘与审核、国内外专利申请布局与审核、专利质量管理、研发人员培训以及日常咨询等工作； 2. 负责对应业务板块的专利风险防控工作，包括但不限于竞争对手监控、技术方案检索、专利稳定性分析、侵权对比分析、侵权纠纷处理等工作； 3. 负责协同外部合作机构，推进各项专利工作，包括但不限于专利申请、复审、无效、争议解决以及代理机构/代理人评价等相关工作； 4. 其他上级安排的相关工作。
职位要求
1.本科以上学历，5年以上企业专利岗从业经验，有整车行业从业经验优先； 2.有专业代理师（专利代理人）资格，有侵权纠纷及专利许可等争议解决相关经验者优先； 3.能独立对接研发部门开展专利检索与分析、专利挖掘与布局； 4.英文听说读写流利，有海外学习或工作背景优先； 5.工作积极认真、乐于学习和探索、有良好的沟通和表达能力，团队意识强。
