职位描述
1.负责人形机器人整机级的各类试验，包括不限于机器人运动性能，运控测试等综合性能以及保安防灾、环境可靠性等各类综合试验； 2.负责试验的全流程实施包括：试验策划、试验方法/标准、试验用例编写、试验执行、试验数据分析及报告的编写；具备试验统筹安排和经营能力； 3.明确试验是否达成整机RTS目标。能够发现非RTS目标类数据异常； 4.根据新技术验证策划能力、能够确保新技术验证的完整性和可靠性； 5.主导常规性能试验体系建立能力，并能推动体系落地、能够对属性内成员制定培养计划并高效执行； 6.对机器人品质课题进行市场把握、复现、解析原因、提报解决方案，并能推动标准制定、修改和防止问题再发生。
