职位描述
1、销售流程体系搭建：负责全流程核心业务流程梳理、建立分层业务流程体系，持续推行销售领域升级和迭代； 2、销售流程数字化管理：主导销售总部、国家端、经销商销售全流程数字化建设和迭代，协调IT资源和输出IT项目BRD，推动数字化解决方案落地和执行效果评估； 3、数据驱动流程改善：建立数据评估体系、识别业务流程效率和数字化机会点； 4、需求管理：通过在总部和海外国家出差，采用田野调研方式、深入一线洞察等方式，输出业务流程、痛点和数字化改善方案。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，英语可作为日常工作交流语言优先，能接受一年有2-4个月的海外分段出差； 2、精通流程管理与设计方法，熟悉LTC、OTD、CRM等1-2种端到端的数字化流程框架； 3、熟悉和了解销售业务，精通其中2-3种线索管理、订单管理、交付管理、促销管理、物流管理、财务管理； 4、具备出色的系统思维逻辑、逻辑分析和推动解决问题的能力，特别是具备透过现象抓住事情的本质洞察能力； 5、具有较强的跨部门沟通、协调能力，有强烈的责任心和自驱力，具备为业务服务和为业务组织服务的精神； 6、需要海外汽车数字化经验和项目背景。
