职位描述
1、负责单厂工艺方案编制，独立完成海外工厂总装线工艺规划，输出工艺方案、SOP 标准文件，识别工位质量、合规风险点。 2、负责现场工艺落地培训，自主搭建分层培训考核方案，解决一线人员工艺执行难点，监督本厂工艺执行统一标准。 3、参与厂内工艺改善优化，主导跨工位工艺衔接、同类故障整改，定位产线瓶颈，落地效率、不良率提升优化方案。 4、参与故障处理与数字化应用，独立排查多因素复杂装配故障，依托多维数据制定长效整改方案；熟练使用精益工具、工艺软件、数字化系统完成工艺追溯与数据统计。 5、流程搭建、本地化适配与经验沉淀，搭建总装单板块流程体系，结合本地零件、人力完成本地化工艺调整；沉淀工艺标准化文档，配合专家带教基层工艺人员。
职位要求
1、本科及以上，5 年以上整车总装工艺量产经验，有海外 KD 工厂驻场实操经历，参与海外总装线投产全流程项目者优先。 2、精通整车总装全流程管控标准，熟练使用精益工具、工艺设计、数字化系统，独立完成工艺仿真与生产数据分析。 3、可独立闭环处理各类产线装配疑难故障，自主落地工位效率、不良率改善专项并产出量化成果。 4、熟悉海外总装核心合规要求，具备本地化工序拆分、装配参数优化、零部件适配改造实操经验。 5、能独立开展一线工艺培训、流程文档沉淀，执行力、抗压能力强，擅长跨岗位、跨工位协同闭环现场工艺问题。
